180 Day Program
Your dedication to change is set in stone. Over 6 months, we can make positive changes that will stick and provide you with a happier, healthier life.
We will still focus on small changes so they become habits and those habits will become a part of you moving forward. Every week we will set priorities, celebrate your successes, offer accountability, and try different things to see what works best for you in order to reach your goal(s).
Over 24 sessions, we will focus on your desired outcomes and adjust if needed. Working with you and with what you have available, you'll look back and marvel at all you've accomplished.
